Hi all. I've burned some karaoke discs using mp3g toolz and alcohol 120%. What i want to know now is, can i get a player for my laptop that will play the song and the lyrics straight from the disc now they are in .cda format. Thanx in advance. |

sax & dottys is a good cheap player, but it only recognizes .zipped files.
winamp is totally free, and up to version 3 recognize the .cdg file. I don't know about .cda with the .cdg...
When I ripped files from cdrwin, it put them as .bin files. From those, mp3toolz did the job to mp3gs.
I've heard of but never used Alcohol 120. |

Thx for that. alcohol is basically the same as nero, only my nero kept coming up with errors. Anybody else got any ideas for playing .cda and viewing lyrics please? |

Just to update Sax n Dotty 2.1.34 will recognise mp3+g, it is only earlier versions that recognises ZIPS only |
