We are off to see Roger Waters in Concert tomorrow night.... Roger Waters, the creative genius of Pink Floyd, will feature the complete The Dark Side of the Moon live, together with his classic Pink Floyd and extraordinary solo works. Waters will present a staggering and spectacular 2 and 3/4 hour show highlighting his magnificent and influential forty-year career, which will comprise two sets. The 1st set will showcase an abundance of his classic work with Pink Floyd, as well as his remarkable solo music, incorporating such memorable Floyd songs as Another Brick in the Wall II, Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Wish You Were Here, Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun and many others. The 2nd set will feature the complete 43 minute performance of one of the most acclaimed works in rock history - the entire The Dark Side of the Moon album, live. In the grand tradition of Pink Floyd, this only South Island concert will feature elaborate large-scale video projections, theatrical staging, and a dazzling array of special effects to underscore and accentuate the power of the music, which is delivered via a state-of-the-art 360° quadraphonic sound system, immersing the audience in a 3-dimensional hyperworld. |

I hope you have fun at the concert. I saw Pink Floyd in concert during the 90s and it was just great, specially the flying pig!!! I really love the music from that era. Speaking of which, Moody Blues is coming here and I think I missed out on the tickets. :( I was too busy and it went right by. Maybe I can get a scalper tickets to go see them. |

We have virtually worn out the roger waters live dvd and the pink floyd pulse dvd.  for me its almost a religious experience
I love the music I love the visual extravaganza and I cant wait to feel the bass rip thru my chest wooooooooohooooooooooo |
