Although I don't have trouble saying aluminum.  I do hate saying it. I work in a polishing and chrome plating shop. Three guesses as to what the parts are made of and the first two don't count  :P

Come on crystal... make fun of the girl with the speech impediment! You B!TCH!:)

My family calls me elmer fudd.... in SCHOOL i got made fun of... .. due to severe hearing problems as a tot, i was half deaf during the important stages of learning to SPEAK..... I didn't really TALK, until I was over 5.... It is HARD to learn to talk, if you can't HEAR other people talking.

Anyways... After YEars and years of speech therapy... I have ONE problem left.

R's.

Can't say em right to save my life.. I can usually talk around them... but, it is a million times worse when i am tired... or hyper.. or horney (nothing breaks the mood morer than elmer fudd in bed with ya;).... anyways.. odd words . Yes, like Rural... and Roar, and the name Rory... things with double r's or r's combined with w's.... like.. "rear wheel drive", or.. "real whipped cream".... comes out as "weer wheel dwive", and ... hell, i can't even BEGIN to spit out the word "roar"..... I remember trying to get past this speech typing software, a few years ago. You know, you talk, and it types. But, you have to read a BUNCH of things, for it to "learn" your voice.

I spent 4 nights trying to get past the word "Roar". The lion "roared".... yeah. I friggin gave up, and tossed the gd software.

ANywayssss

My mother can't say chimney. She says "chimly", and vaccuum is "valccuum, etc etc... drives me nuts:) Walmart is walmarks, and she adds s's the to the end of EVERY store's name... ARGH.

And my neighbor is a full fledged Newfie. I mean, she only JUST left the Rock. Listening to her talk is like learning a whole new language.  Instead of "squating" down to pick something up, it is "qwating"...... and she can't "ear out of her hear"... and... i KNOW there are worse ones than that... but, come on me son, you gotta hear the woman TALK. You know.. "dis, dat, and de odder ting"....

Ok.. this was long. Sorry:)

(and crystal.. kiss me rural ARSE babe:)
